Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every order from Shivaark Exports. This policy explains how you can cancel an order, return a product and get a refund. Because turmeric is a food product, some conditions apply for hygiene and safety reasons.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email with your order number.
- If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it as described below.
- Bulk and custom orders cannot be cancelled once we have started processing or packing them.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we cannot deliver to your address. In that case you will receive a full refund.
Returns
- You can return unopened and sealed products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or tampered packs, unless the product was damaged, defective or wrong.
- To start a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will share the return address and instructions.
- For returns because you changed your mind, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges you paid. You will not have to pay for return shipping in these cases.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will let you know whether your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days and are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds for cancelled orders are initiated within 2 business days of cancellation.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Bulk Orders
Returns and refunds for bulk and B2B orders follow the terms agreed in your quotation or invoice. If no special terms were agreed, damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
